HubSpot to block calls from registered numbers in four countries

From 7 December, HubSpot removes registered caller numbers from France, Australia, Belgium and Brazil and blocks calls from them. Teams need another number.

  • If your reps in France, Australia, Belgium or Brazil call customers from HubSpot with their own verified office or mobile number, those calls stop on 7 December.
  • The rule follows the number, not where the team sits: a team outside these countries that uses a French, Belgian, Australian or Brazilian number is affected too.
  • Once you switch, customers will see a new caller number, and fewer of them may answer at first.
